Essential Job Duties Performed:

  • Accounts Receivables/Collections
    • Processing accounts receivables and incoming payments
    • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
    • Collect on accounts by sending invoice reminders and communication with customers via phone, email, fax or mail
  • Accounts Payables
  • Credit Card Disputes/billing discrepancies
    • Closing daily credit card revenue and make sure totals match
    • Post daily prepays for guest stay
    • Investigate disputes and make sure all info is found and submitted
  • Daily Revenue posting
  • Monthly Bank Statement Credit Card Reconciliation
  • Monthly Bank Statement Block Account Reconciliation
